Bold Studio provides web design, development, SEO, and marketing services. All deliverables and timelines will be outlined in a written agreement before project start.

2. Payment

Clients are required to pay 50% upfront and 50% before the website goes live, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Revisions

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising after the website goes live, including downtime, hacking, or SEO ranking drops.

We may use third-party services (e.g., hosting, plugins). We are not responsible for their performance or pricing changes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any project or collaboration due to breach of terms, non-payment, or abusive behavior.
